从高职院校不断得到重视、高职学生人数不断攀升的趋势来看,高职院校在我国的高等教育中越来越占据重要的位置,高职院校的学生也会和本科院校的学生一样,肩负着祖国未来的发展与建设,他们的法律意识对于今后社会发展同样起到导向作用。然而,现在大部分高职学生法律知识非常贫乏、法律信仰非常缺乏、法制观念极为淡薄,不利于法治社会的建成,因此,通过一定的方法培养高职学生的法律意识非常有必要。
