本文用荧光法检测医用理疗级连续波超声作用于人组织液(血清、血浆)发生空化产生的自由基,超声阈值强度ISATA(空间平均时间平均声强)分别为0.75W/cm2~0.85W/cm2和0.7W/cm2。本研究证明荧光法是检测医学超声空化的有效方法,并提供离体人组织液超声空化安全阈值的研究结果,同时发现人血清、人血浆空化的程度及空化与声强相关关系不同
Fluorescence method was used to detect free radicals produced by cavitation of human tissue fluid (serum and plasma) by medical physiotherapy-level continuous wave ultrasound. The intensity of ISATA (mean time-space sound intensity) was 0.75W / cm2 ~ 0 respectively. 85W / cm2 and 0.7W / cm2. This study demonstrated that fluorescence spectroscopy is an effective method for the detection of medical cavitation and provides the results of the study on the safety thresholds of cavitation in vitro.
