目的:总结张秀华教授治疗小儿发热临证经验。方法:通过跟师学习,收集分析门诊病例并查阅相关文献资料,对相关经验进行整理。结果:小儿肺常虚,贼风一至,多受其害,营卫失和而发热;小儿脾常不足,饮食积滞亦可发热,而外感与积滞二者兼见之证尤为多见。张师治疗表里同感,采用先通后散之表里双解之法,且药物煎服方法灵活,重视补虚以善后巩固。结论:张秀华教授治疗小儿表里两感之发热,其法新妙,值得借鉴学习。
Objective: To summarize Professor Zhang Xiuhua’s clinical experience in treating children with fever. Methods: By learning with the teacher, collecting and analyzing outpatient cases and consulting the relevant literature, the relevant experience is sorted out. Results: Infantile lung deficiency, thief wind one to many victims, Camp Wei loss and fever; lack of spleen often children, diet can also be stagnant fever, and the combination of both exogenous and stagnation is particularly common witness. Zhang treatment table similarities and differences, the use of first-pass after the table in the double solution of the law, and medicine Jianfu flexible method, focusing on tonic to consolidate. Conclusion: Professor Zhang Xiuhua treatment of children with two sensations of fever, the new method is worth learning from.
