针对传统教学方法的一些特点,以自动机(图灵机)理论为研究工具,以形式定义的学习、知识等全新的概念为基础,首次把学习分为最小联想单元集合和对其进行按照最小联想规则集合进行联想的过程。即把传统的教学过程变成学生以最小联想单元集合为联想基础,按照最小联想规则集合进行联想的过程。在这样的方法下,学生所学的知识是学生自己按照规则“想”出来的,学生可能会“想”出许多结果,而老师的任务就是:根据教学内容,事前构建联想教学方案,组织学生按照预定步骤,针对要讲授的知识,确定最小联想单元内容的记忆和联想规则的记忆,并进行联想教学操作。告诉学生,哪些想的对,哪些想的不对,然后,学生只要记住自己想正确的部分,就可以了,正是因为该知识是学生自己想出来的知识,而且,这个知识的联想的各个部分都和这个知识一起成为该知识在这个知识的联想集合,这个集合是最有利于学生记忆和应用该知识的了。
