以绣线梅(Neillia thyrsiflora)的茎尖或带腋芽的茎段为外植体,采用组织培养技术,研究了绣线梅快速繁殖体系。结果表明:芽诱导最适培养基为MS+6-BA 1.0mg/L+NAA0.2mg/L,诱导率为90%;MS+6-BA 2.0mg/L+NAA 0.2mg/L为最佳增殖培养基,增殖系数达7.5;1/2MS+IBA 0.2mg/L为最佳生根培养基,生根率66.7%。
The stem tips or stems with axillary buds of Neillia thyrsiflora were used as explants. Tissue culture techniques were used to study the rapid propagation system of Spiraea polyporus. The results showed that the optimal medium for bud induction was MS + 6-BA 1.0 mg / L + NAA 0.2 mg / L with the induction rate of 90%. MS + 6-BA 2.0 mg / L + NAA 0.2 mg / L was the best Proliferation medium, proliferation coefficient of 7.5; 1 / 2MS + IBA 0.2mg / L is the best rooting medium, rooting rate of 66.7%.
