卧式拉力试验机的拉力方向为水平方向,目前采用钢丝绳连接和反力架结构这两种校准方法,在校准过程中发现以下3个问题:1.校准装置不能保证试验机加力轴线与标准拉力传感器的受力轴线重合,产生同轴度误差。2.使用反力架结构的校准装置,由于没有平面支撑的平台,标准压力传感器不容易安放。3.钢丝绳连接的校准装置连接头制作不规范和破断力估计不够,易造成破断,存在安全隐患。本文介绍改进了的卧式拉力试验机校准装置,此
