随着设备的大型化,用户对产品部件使用寿命和可靠性提出了更高的要求,研制能满足低速重载铸造齿圈用钢是当前重型矿山行业急需的,本文研制的ZG30SiMnV是一种较为理想的钢种。
With the large-scale equipment, the user put forward higher requirements on the service life and reliability of the product components. It is urgently needed to develop the steel for the ring gear for low-speed heavy-duty casting to meet the needs of the current heavy mining industry. The ZG30SiMnV developed in this paper is a Ideal steel.
