基于大柳塔煤矿22102综采面采空区内部CO浓度在短时间内持续上升的现象,采用SF6检漏技术探测CO来源,利用便携仪及CO探测器探测22102工作面CO气体的浓度。结果表明:22102综采面采空区的高浓度CO来源于五当沟地表排矸场,为降低CO浓度,提出了地面打钻注浆封堵、注氮灭火和采用均压通风技术等措施降低CO浓度,同时要求提高工作面推进速度以减少CO产生,保证工作面正常生产。
Based on the continuous increase of CO concentration in the goaf of 22102 fully mechanized coal mining face in Daliuta coal mine in a short period of time, the source of CO was detected by SF6 leak detection and the concentration of CO gas was detected by portable instrument and CO detector. The results show that the high concentration of CO in goaf of 22102 fully mechanized coal mining face originated from Wudanggou surface discharge yard. In order to reduce the concentration of CO, the measures such as grouting plugging by ground drilling, nitrogen injection and fire extinguishing, and even pressure ventilation are put forward Reduce CO concentration, at the same time require to improve the speed of working face to reduce the production of CO to ensure the normal production of working face.
