所谓的BIM,就是指建筑信息模型,作为信息技术的一种,在建筑领域中BIM技术具有重要的应用价值。在工程项目中,通过运用BIM技术建立的数字模型,能够使建筑施工与运营的整个过程中得到有效优化。BIM技术的特点也十分突出,例如可视化、模拟性、协调性等等。对于工程项目建设而言,BIM不仅仅是一种技术或者辅助工具,同时也是一种理念,它在一个载体上集中并整合了工程的全寿命周期的全部信息,对于未来建筑工程领域的发展而言有着十分重大的影响力。鉴于此,本文对BIM技术的发展进行了阐述,并对施工企业BIM技术的应用路线进行具体分析,以供参考。
