目的:通过对西藏卫生人力资源的现状进行分析,为西藏将来制定合理的卫生人力资源配置提供参考。方法:根据官方统计数据,对西藏2011年卫生人员数量、年龄、职称与学历、专业构成和地域分布进行分析。结果:西藏目前卫生人员总量不足,职称和学历偏低,地域分布不均衡,28.75%的卫生技术人员集中在拉萨。结论:应进一步增加西藏卫生人力资源总量,同时优化卫生人力资源配置。
Objective: To provide a reference for developing a reasonable distribution of health human resources in Tibet by analyzing the current situation of human resources in Tibet. Methods: According to the official statistics, the number, age, professional titles and academic qualifications, professional composition and geographical distribution of health workers in Tibet in 2011 were analyzed. Results: Currently, the total number of health workers in Tibet is not enough, with low titles and qualifications, uneven geographical distribution and 28.75% of health and technical personnel in Lhasa. Conclusion: The total amount of health human resources in Tibet should be further increased while optimizing the allocation of human resources for health.
