目的:采用近红外化学成像技术,研究6种不同品牌的市售凝胶贴膏表面的均匀性,实现近红外化学成像技术应用于凝胶贴膏均匀性评价性,结合黏附力的测定,评价市售凝胶贴膏的优劣。方法:采集6种不同品牌的市售凝胶贴膏表面的近红外成像光谱,运用基础相关系数分析方法,构建自相关的近红外成像图,直观化的展示凝胶贴膏表面的均匀性;同时采用《中华人民共和国药典》方法对凝胶贴膏的黏附力进行测定。结果:通过对自相关的近红外成像光谱相关性的统计,品牌1、2、3的近红外光谱相关性的RSD值均<0.1,而品牌6光谱相关性的RSD值高达23%。6个品种的凝胶贴膏黏附性差异明显,成像图的可视化轮廓表达了不一样的均匀程度。结论:该研究为凝胶贴膏建立科学的评价方法提供依据,并优选出质量较优的凝胶贴膏。
OBJECTIVE: To study the uniformity of the surface of 6 different brands of commercial gel patch by near infrared chemical imaging technique, to evaluate the uniformity of gel patch by using near infrared chemical imaging technique, The pros and cons of the commercially available gel patch. Methods: The near-infrared imaging spectra of 6 different brands of commercially available gel patches were collected. Based on the correlation coefficient analysis method, self-correlated near-infrared images were constructed and the surface uniformity of the gel patches was visualized. At the same time using the “People’s Republic of China Pharmacopoeia” method of measuring the adhesion of gel patch. Results: Based on the statistical correlation of autocorrelation NIR spectra, the RSDs of brand 1, 2 and 3 were all less than 0.1, while those of brand 6 were 23%. There were significant differences in the adhesiveness of the 6 different types of gel patches. The visual outline of the imaging pattern expressed a different degree of uniformity. Conclusion: This study provides the basis for the establishment of a scientific evaluation method of gel patch, and selects the best quality gel patch.
