新世纪以来,我国林业大量开采导致的水土流失、环境污染、洪水、旱灾频繁以及原始生物和天然资源的问题日益严峻,生态环境问题也不断的加剧,这就给促使了人们在生活和工作中利用新型的工作理念和工作管理流程来进行分析与总结。在现阶段,以保护环境、植树造林和改善生态系统为核心的工作理念已成为国家对对林业发展的主要需求。在目前的林业工作中,已逐渐改变了传统的木材生产模式,逐渐形成了三大效益兼备,生态效益为主的工作模式。人工林作为目前林业生产中的重要环节,已成为实现可持续发展的关键所在。本文就人工林在我国林业建设中的重要意义进行了分析与阐述,以供同行参考。

In the current forestry work, the traditional timber production mode has gradually been changed, and gradually formed three work modes with both efficiency and ecological benefits. As an important part of forestry production, planted forests have become the key to achieving sustainable development. In this paper, the importance of plantation in the construction of forestry in our country is analyzed and elaborated for reference of peers.
