达赖喇嘛随行官员领导小组并西藏地方政府:达赖喇嘛随行官员领导小组一九五五年三月三日的报告已收阅。现在批覆如下:(一)关于西藏自治区筹备委员会组成人员的名额和比例及其主要人员的规定,已见国务院关于成立西藏自治区筹备委员会的决定。(二)国务院同意报告中所提出的关于停止印发藏钞和逐渐收回藏钞的意见和办法,批准由中央补助西藏地方政府每年财政差额人民币七十万元(合银洋七十万元),
Officials from the Dalai Lama lead group and local government of Tibet: The report of the leading group headed by the Dalai Lama accompanying officials on March 3, 1955, has been received. The following is approved now: (1) The provisions on the number and proportion of the members of the Preparatory Committee for the Tibet Autonomous Region and their key personnel have been taken by the State Council’s decision on the establishment of a preparatory committee for the Tibet Autonomous Region. (2) The State Council agrees with the Opinions and Measures Concerning the Cessation of the Issuance and Collection of Tibetan Money and the Gradual Recovery of Tibetan Money raised in the report and approves the annual subsidy payment by the Central Government to the local government of Tibet at a cost of 700,000 yuan (70,000 yuan)
