目的探讨重组甘精胰岛素联合格列美脲片降糖的疗效。方法 40例2型糖尿病患者分为两组,各20例,在给予生活方式干预和合理饮食指导后,依据空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)和尿常规的检测结果,使用格列美脲片口服同时A给予重组甘糖胰岛素,B组给予精蛋白生物合成人胰岛素注射液(NPH)。结果两组治疗后腹血糖,餐后血糖、HbA1c均明显下降,甘精组疗效优于NPH组,甘精组低血糖率较低。结论重组甘精胰岛素联合格列美脲片降糖效果好,简便易行,能减少低血糖事件发生,值得临床推广。 Objective To investigate the effect of recombinant glargine combined with glimepiride on glucose lowering. Conclusion Recombinant glargine combined with glimepiride tablets hypoglycemic effect is good, simple and easy, can reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia, it is worth clinical promotion.
