1病情介绍患者,男,86岁。因“发现血压高30余年,头昏1周”于2011年9月2日入院治疗。患者咽痒,痒时咳嗽,痰不易咳出。BP 170/80mmHg,体重65 kg,心律齐,HR 65次/min。询问病史:既往有高血压病30余年,血压最高达200/85mmHg,服用苯磺酸氨氯地平片5 mg qd,厄贝沙坦片0.15 gqd降血压治疗,血压控制在140～160/60 mmHg。有过敏性鼻炎病史3年,过敏原不详。有磺胺类药物过敏史,表现为 A patient’s condition, male, 86 years old. Allergic rhinitis history of 3 years, allergens unknown. A history of allergy to sulfonamides, manifested as
