本研究观察了甲基黄酮醇胺(MFA)对豚鼠心脏乳头状肌细胞异常自律性及收缩力的影响.5,10和15μmol·L~(-1)的MFA可剂量依赖性地抑制低K~+加去甲肾上腺素诱发的迟后去极化和触发激动,高K~+加异丙肾上腺素诱发的慢反应动作电位及收缩力以及钡离子诱发的自律性.结果提示MFA的作用可能与Ca~(2+)通道阻滞有关。
This study investigated the effects of methylflavone amine (MFA) on the abnormality and contractility of guinea pig papillary muscle cells.MFA at 5, 10 and 15 μmol·L -1 dose-dependently inhibited low K ~ + Plus noradrenaline-induced delayed depolarization and triggering, high K ~ + plus isoproterenol-induced slow response action potentials and contractility and barium-induced self-regulation.Results suggest that the role of MFA may And Ca ~ (2+) channel block related.
