通过对天津钢管公司95炉钢(约14万t)生产数据的统计分析,研究了超高功率电弧炉生产中配入直接还原铁,对金属收得率和成品钢液成分的影响。结果表明,配入直接还原铁时,Cu、Pb、Sn、As和N含量明显降低。
Based on the statistical analysis of the production data of 95 furnaces (about 14,000 t) in Tianjin Pipe Company, the effect of adding DRI into the production of ultra-high power electric arc furnace on the metal recovery rate and the composition of the molten steel was studied. The results showed that the content of Cu, Pb, Sn, As and N decreased obviously when DRI was added.
