通过对水利基本建设项目竣工决算工作实践中存在问题的分析,结合工程建设实际情况,探讨了财政部、水利部对水利基本建设项目竣工决算的规定,指出现行规章制度中不完善的地方,并提出部分改进建议。
Based on the analysis of problems in the final accounts of water conservancy construction projects and the actual conditions of the construction projects, the regulations of the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Water Resources on the completion and final accounts of the water conservancy capital projects are discussed, and the imperfections in the current rules and regulations are pointed out. Put forward some suggestions for improvement.
