创造力是人才的一个最重要的特征,有人因此而将创造力的有无视为人才与非人才的分野的标志,但我,觉得对于人才学的整个体系却并不适用。我认为,人是作为主体和客体双重的角色出现的,人才应当分别放在功能与本体两个价值系统中去考虑。在本体系统中,人才与非人才的划分,主要受其所属群体的背景限制,有其相当的随意性。而功能系统中,创造则更是无法充当这样的角色,因为在功能系统中几乎把所有正常人,都划到了人才之列,创造力只是区分其种类、级别的一个因素。创造力究竟在人才学中占什么样的地位,对于功能与本体这两个价值体系究竟有什么不同的含义。本
Creativity is one of the most important characteristics of a talented person. Some people therefore regard ignoring creativity as a sign of talent and non-talented people. However, I feel that it does not apply to the whole system of talented people. In my opinion, human beings appear as dual roles of subject and object, and human resources should be considered separately in two value systems of function and ontology. In the ontology system, the division of talents and non-professionals is mainly due to the background of the groups to which they belong, which is quite arbitrary. In the functional system, creation is even more unable to play such a role, because in the functional system almost all normal people, are assigned to the list of talents, creativity is only a distinction between the type and level of a factor.
