本文研究了苯基脲、苯基二氯化膦与脂肪醛(酮)进行的类Mannich反应,发现使用不同的溶剂,可以分别得到直链及环状产物,而且酮上的取代基对关环方式也有一定的影响,从标题化合物的~1HNMR及~(31)PNMR谱图中观察到环状化合物有两种几何异构体存在,通过X射线衍射分析和~1HNMR谱图的解析确定了异构体的构型;另外,磷杂五元环为一平面结构,从键长及氮原子杂化状态说明这类化合物的P-N键间存在dπ-pπ键。
In this paper, the Mannich-like reactions of phenylurea and phenylphosphine dichloride with aliphatic aldehydes (ketones) were studied.
