本文研究了3,5—Cl_2—DEPAP 应用于钴的极谱测定的可能性.实验结果表明,3,5—Cl_2—DEPAP 在盐酸羟胺—氢氧化钠底液中,于-0.82v 左右(Vs,SCE)有一极谱波,在上述溶液中加入钴时,在-0.95v 左右产生极好的导数波;试验确定底液的最佳条件为:3,5—Cl_2—DEPAP 2.5×10~(-6)M;NH~2OH·HCl0.5%;NaOH0.15M(pH≈12.40);测定钴的线性范围为0.5ppb~20ppb.
In this paper, the potential of 3,5-Cl 2 -DEPAP for the polarographic determination of cobalt has been studied. The experimental results show that 3,5-Cl_2-DEPAP is stable in the hydroxylamine hydrochloride-sodium hydroxide solution at about -0.82v , SCE) had a polarographic wave. When cobalt was added to the above solution, an excellent derivative wave was produced at about -0.95v. The optimal conditions for determining the bottom liquid were as follows: 3,5-Cl 2 -DEPAP 2.5 × 10 ~ -6) M; NH 2 OH · HCl 0.5%; NaOH 0.15 M (pH≈12.40); the linear range of the determination of cobalt is 0.5 ppb to 20 ppb.
