Most of acute coronary syndromes (ACS) begin with atherosclerotic plaque rupture and thrombus formation in the coronary artery (coronary artery), and those with no basic coronary artery stenosis are rare. Since 2002, we have undergone coronary angiography (CAG) found no coronary stenosis in 7 cases of ACS, the report is as follows. 1 Clinical data 7 males and 5 females, 2 females, aged 2 2 ~ 6 1 years, with an average (34.4 ± 6 .3) years?
