In the post-financial crisis era, the changes in the objective environment are more intense and the uncertainty is further strengthened. Under these circumstances, it is wise to guide the practice with contingency management theory that emphasizes environmental change. As an important part of enterprise management, human resources management must shoulder its own mission in the times when opportunities and crises coexist and escort the successful implementation of human resources strategy of enterprises.
