建立了径向柱塞泵定子的动力学模型,通过Lyapunov变换对定子振动时变系统稳态响应的周期性进行了理论分析,并设计振动测试装置对JB32H型径向柱塞泵定子振动稳态响应的周期性进行试验验证。分析及试验结果表明:定子振动系统具有周期性,其周期为径向柱塞泵相邻柱塞夹角与转速之比;若激励周期与振动系统周期之比为有理数,则定子的稳态响应表现出周期性,并且周期为振动系统周期和激励周期的最小公倍数;若激励周期与振动系统周期之比为无理数,则定子的稳态响应表现出非周期性。
The dynamic model of the radial piston pump stator is established. The periodicity of the steady state response of the stator vibration system is analyzed by Lyapunov transformation. The vibration test device is designed to simulate the stator vibration state of the JB32H radial piston pump. Periodic response to test verification.
