进入新经济时代随着以智力和知识为特征社会的来临,影响社会和经济发展的战略资源优势已有所改变。我们不但要掌握更多专业化知识更需要发掘具有创造性的人力资源。人力资源已成为当今社会最有价值的资源。人力资源作为资源之一,是企业发展的核心,为了企业可持续发展就必须将人力资源开发起来,人力资源带来最有价值的发挥,最有效的运用,促进企业的发展,本文通过分析,指出了人力资源内在机理,在此基础上,提出了人力资源管理的对策。
Entering the new economic era With the advent of society characterized by intelligence and knowledge, the advantages of strategic resources affecting social and economic development have changed. Not only must we master more specialized knowledge, but we also need to find creative human resources. Human resources have become the most valuable resource in today’s society. As one of the resources, human resources are the core of enterprise development. For the sustainable development of enterprises, human resources must be developed. Human resources bring about the most valuable exertion, the most effective use, and the promotion of the development of enterprises. Through this analysis, The internal mechanism of human resources is pointed out. On this basis, the countermeasures for human resources management are proposed.
