公务员“热”的现实表明,影响职业选择的因素更多地受到价值观的影响,事实上,对职业素质的研究正从个体内在素质扩大到社会文化背景与经济状况。职业选择是一个自我职业素质的测评和社会价值评价相结合的过程;职业的成功是一个与工作相互适应的发展过程;生活技能比寻找工作技能更加重要,实现工作和生活的平衡是职业的核心目标。
The reality of civil servants “hot ” shows that the factors that affect career choice are more influenced by values. In fact, the study of professional qualities is expanding from individual inner quality to socio-cultural background and economic status. Career choice is a combination of self-professional evaluation and social value evaluation. Career success is a development process that is compatible with work life skills. Life skills are more important than finding work skills. The balance between work and life is the core of the profession aims.
