英语写作是学习者应当掌握的四项基本技能之一,是英语学习过程中不可或缺的一环。本文旨在以加拿大应用语言学家Swain(1985)所提出的输出理论即:注意功能,假设检验功能和元语言功能为理论基础,通过教学实验来探讨输出理论在大学生英语写作教学中的作用。
English writing is one of the four basic skills learners should master and is an indispensable part of English learning. The purpose of this paper is to explore the role of output theory in college English writing teaching through teaching experiments based on the output theory proposed by Canadian applied linguist Swain (1985): attention function, hypothesis test and meta-linguistic function.
