目的探讨髂腹部带蒂皮瓣移植修复上肢损伤的护理措施,保证手术实施与效果。方法对25例行髂腹部带蒂皮瓣移植修复上肢损伤的患者,术前加强生命体征监测、补液抗休克、维护脏器

目的探讨髂腹部带蒂皮瓣移植修复上肢损伤的护理措施,保证手术实施与效果。方法对25例行髂腹部带蒂皮瓣移植修复上肢损伤的患者,术前加强生命体征监测、补液抗休克、维护脏器功能稳定,做好创面护理;术后注重姿势固定护理、皮瓣及供瓣区护理,密切观察皮瓣血运,及时排除影响皮瓣血运的因素,适时进行皮瓣功能训练,重视康复护理。3w后行断蒂术。结果 25例行髂腹部带蒂皮瓣移植术后皮瓣全部存活,伤口Ⅰ期愈合,皮瓣外观饱满,上肢肢体功能得到恢复,全部患者治愈出院。结论对上肢损伤的患者实施全面而有重点的围手术期护理,是髂腹部带蒂皮
