在pH 4.80的弱酸介质中,Co(Ⅱ)与5-Br-PADAP生成有色配合物,酸化后与强酸性阳离子交换树脂交换吸附,可进行树脂相吸光光度法测定微量Co(Ⅱ)。最大吸收波长为610nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为3.6×10~5·Co(Ⅱ)含量在0~6.5μg/25ml范围内符合比耳定律。用此法测定天然水和维生素B_(12)中Co(Ⅱ)含量,结果满意。
Co (Ⅱ) complexed with 5-Br-PADAP in weak acid medium at pH 4.80. After acidification, it was exchanged with strongly acidic cation exchange resin for resinous phase spectrophotometric determination of trace Co (Ⅱ). The maximum absorption wavelength of 610nm, the apparent molar absorptivity of 3.6 × 10 ~ 5 · Co (Ⅱ) content in the range of 0 ~ 6.5μg / 25ml Beer’s law. The content of Co (Ⅱ) in natural water and vitamin B_ (12) was determined by this method and the results were satisfactory.
