用熔盐电化学方法,结合各种物相分析手段,研究了预氧化处理和表面涂覆CeO_2后预氧化处理对HK40和Cr12熔盐腐蚀过程的影响,测量经各种处理的合金在75%(NaK)_2SO_4~25%NaCl熔盐中的自腐蚀电位E_(corr)、极化阻力R_p,并计算腐蚀电流密度I_(corr)。结果表明:稀土Ce以CeO_2的形式存在于合金表面,能通过促进稳定氧化铬膜的形成,降低氧化和在熔盐中的溶解度等方式增强合金氧化膜的保护性能,提高合金的热腐蚀抗力。
The influence of pre-oxidation and the pre-oxidation of CeO_2 on corrosion of HK40 and Cr12 molten salt was studied by means of fused-salt electrochemical method and various phase analysis methods. (Corr) and polarization resistance (R_p) in molten salt of (NaK) _2SO_4 ~ 25% NaCl were calculated and the corrosion current density I corr was calculated. The results show that the rare earth Ce existing in the form of CeO_2 on the alloy surface can enhance the protective performance of the alloy oxide film and improve the hot corrosion resistance of the alloy by promoting the formation of stable chromium oxide film, reducing the oxidation and dissolving in molten salt.
