以重庆地区常用的8个玉米自交系幼胚为外植体,研究不同基因型和培养基对玉米幼胚愈伤组织诱导率的影响.结果表明:自交系082在N6B5培养基的愈伤诱导率最高,达到98%,Hy04未诱导出愈伤组织,不同基因型愈伤诱导率的差异具有高度统计学意义.海09042在G1继代培养基的胚性愈伤组织呈颗粒状分散、结构松软、淡黄色,愈伤接种在加KT或加NAA的分化培养基中,以加NAA的绿苗数多.
The effects of different genotypes and medium on callus induction rate of maize immature embryos were studied using immature embryos of eight maize inbred lines commonly used in Chongqing as explants.The results showed that inbred lines 082 were more effective in N6B5 medium The callus induction rate was the highest, reached 98%, Hy04 did not induce the callus, the callus induction rate of different genotypes was highly statistically significant.High 09042 in the G1 subculture medium embryogenic callus was granular dispersion , The structure is soft, light yellow, callus in the addition of KT or NAA differentiation medium to increase the number of green shoots more NAA.
