Background:With development of treatment and awarement in pathogenesis of brain injury,mortality of brain injury decreases significantly.Recovery of nurological function is very important for patients.Broaden subarachnoid cavity is common in CT findings in late treatment phase and traumatic encephalatrophy is main cause.
