以金银花品种“金花3号”为试材,分别采用不同浓度的CuSO4·5H2O溶液处理,研究金银花在不同铜浓度胁迫下的丙二醛(MDA)含量、脯氨酸含量、可溶性糖含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和过氧化物酶(POD)活性的变化情况,探讨重金属铜对“金花3号”生长的影响。结果表明:铜胁迫处理对金银花生长具有低促高抑的作用,随着营养液中铜含量的增加及胁迫时间的延续,抗氧化物酶SOD、POD活性随处理浓度的变化呈一定的变化规律,低浓度处理(100、200mg/L)呈上升趋势,高浓度处理(400、800mg/L)呈下降趋势。MDA含量变幅较小,脯氨酸含量先升高后降低,可溶性糖含量先降低后升高,脯氨酸和可溶性糖间存在补偿作用。该研究认为,金银花在铜元素含量低于25mg/L的环境中能够正常生长,属于耐重金属污染较强的植物。
The honeysuckle variety “Jinhua No.3” was treated with CuSO4 · 5H2O solution at different concentrations to study the effects of different concentrations of copper on malondialdehyde (MDA) content, proline content, soluble sugar Content, superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and peroxidase (POD) activity in the leaves and the effect of heavy metal copper on the growth of “Jinhua No.3”. The results showed that the treatment with copper stress had a low promoting effect on the growth of honeysuckle. With the increase of copper content in nutrient solution and the prolongation of stress time, the activity of SOD and POD of antioxidant enzyme changed with the change of treatment concentration (100, 200mg / L) showed a rising trend, high concentration treatment (400,800mg / L) showed a downward trend. The content of MDA decreased slightly, the content of proline first increased and then decreased, the content of soluble sugar decreased first and then increased, and there was a compensatory effect between proline and soluble sugar. The study suggests that honeysuckle in the copper content of less than 25mg / L of the environment to normal growth, are resistant to heavy metal pollution of plants.
