长岭县共有251个行政村,1995年初,我们通过全面调查,确定了23个村党支部为整顿对象。两年来,我们在抓好班子、建好队伍、完善制度的基础上,重点把功夫下在了治穷致富上,通过选准经济发展的路子,解决了后进村没钱办事的问题,加快了后进村的转化步伐。目前,23个后进村已全部转化,有的已迈进小康村行列。 一、成立智囊团,帮助选路子。1995年初,我们从县畜牧局、农业局、乡企局等单位聘请了6名具有专业技术、致富经验并熟悉农村工作的专家,组成后进村经济发展智囊团,逐村进行“诊断”,为发展后进村经济出谋划
