目的研究甘蔗叶醇提物中的化学成分。方法通过硅胶柱色谱、聚酰胺柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20葡聚糖凝胶柱色谱、HPLC制备色谱等方法对甘蔗叶中的化学成分进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱分析方法对分离得到的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果从提取物的二氯甲烷部位中分离到10个化合物,分别鉴定为丁香酸、(8’R,7’S)-(-)-8-hydroxy-α-conidendrin、去氢催吐萝芙叶醇、催吐萝芙叶醇、尼泊金甲酯、对羟基肉桂酸甲酯、4’,5’-二甲氧基黄酮-7-O-葡萄糖基木糖苷、schiffnerone B、isohydroxymatairesinol和地芰普内酯。结论所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Aim To study the chemical constituents of sugarcane leaf alcohol extract. Methods The chemical constituents in sugarcane leaves were separated and purified by silica gel, polyamide, Sephadex LH-20 and preparative HPLC. The chemical constituents of sugarcane leaves were separated and purified according to physicochemical properties and spectral analysis. Compounds were identified by structure. Results Ten compounds were isolated from the methylene chloride fraction of the extract and identified as syringic acid, (8’R, 7’S) - (-) - 8-hydroxy-α-conidendrin, Euporofuran leaf alcohol, methylparaben, methyl p-hydroxycinnamate, 4 ’, 5’-dimethoxyflavone-7-O-glucosyl xyloside, schiffnerone B, isohydroxymatairesinol, . Conclusion All the compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
