中国人力资源市场信息监测中心近日发布2009年度全国115个城市公共就业服务机构市场供求信息统计分析报告。监测城市用人单位需求人数2093.3万人次,进入市场求职人数2293.1万人次,劳动力总量供大于求,岗位空缺与求职人数的比率约为0.91,比2008年回落0.04。自2007年市场供需比达到1:0.98最好情况之后,2008年、2009年已经连续两年回落,2008年供需比为1:0.95,2009年进一步回落,表明就业岗位相对减少,就业难度进一步加大。
