近年来随着精细化工、生命科学和材料科学等新兴科学的发展,现代分离手段得到广泛应用,促使分离科学的理论日臻完善,技术水平不断提高,逐步发展成为一门相对独立的学科。萃取作为一种经典的分离方法,无可厚非的在分离科学领域占有一席之地。然而在萃取实验中常常会出现乳化现象,本文简单介绍乳化现象,并分析乳化现象产生的原因及其消除方法,希望文中的观点能够引起读者的共鸣。
In recent years, with the development of emerging sciences such as fine chemicals, life sciences and materials science, the modern means of separation are widely used, prompting the theory of separation science to be more and more perfect and the technical level continuously improving, and gradually developing itself into a relatively independent discipline. Extraction as a classic method of separation, nothing wrong with a place in the field of separation science. However, the emulsification phenomenon often appears in the extraction experiment. This article briefly introduces the phenomenon of emulsification, and analyzes the causes of the phenomenon of emulsification and its elimination methods. I hope the views in this article can resonate with the readers.
