企业文化是企业的一种“软管理”方式,而我国企业在长期的计划经济条件下一直实行的企业员工思想政治教育工作也是一种“软管理”方式,它们之间有什么联系和区别呢?又是如何在企业管理中发挥着各自的作用呢?
Corporate culture is a kind of “soft management” mode of the enterprise, and the ideological and political education work of the enterprise staff which is practiced by Chinese enterprises under the long-term planned economy is also a “soft management” mode. What are the differences between them? Contact and distinction? How is the role of business management play their part?
