目的研究乳腺癌MRI表现与生物因子CerbB-2、Ki-67表达的相关性,旨在从影像学角度预测病灶生物因子表达状况。方法连续搜集70例经病理证实为乳腺癌的MRI资料,分析病灶的形态、大小、边缘、强化特点、动态增强曲线(TIC)、ADC值及有无淋巴结转移。并搜集相应病灶CerbB-2和Ki-67表达情况,应用SPSS16.0统计分析软件对病灶MRI表现和CerbB-2、Ki-67进行相关性分析。结果在70例乳腺癌中,环形强化与CerbB-2阳性表达呈正相关;ADC值与CerbB-2阳性表达呈正相关,与Ki-67阳性表达呈负相关;淋巴结转移与CerbB-2、Ki-67阳性均呈正相关。结论乳腺癌MRI表现和CerbB-2、Ki-67之间具有一定的相关性,可根据MRI特点预测病灶生物因子表达状况,为个体化治疗方案的选择及预后预测提供依据。
Objective To study the correlation between the MRI manifestations of breast cancer and the expression of CerbB-2 and Ki-67, and to predict the expression of biological factors in lesions from the perspective of imaging. Methods The MRI data of 70 cases of pathologically confirmed breast cancer were collected. The morphology, size, margins, enhancement features, dynamic enhancement curve (TIC), ADC value and lymph node metastasis were analyzed. The expressions of CerbB-2 and Ki-67 in the corresponding lesions were also collected. The correlation between CervB-2 and Ki-67 was analyzed using SPSS16.0 statistical software. Results The positive rate of CerbB-2 was positively correlated with CervB-2 in 70 cases of breast cancer. The positive rate of CerbB-2 was positively correlated with ADC, negatively correlated with the positive expression of CerbB-2. The positive rate of CerbB-2 and Ki-67 Positive were positively correlated. Conclusion The MRI findings of breast cancer are related to the expression of CerbB-2 and Ki-67. The expression of biological factors in the lesions can be predicted according to the characteristics of MRI, which can provide evidence for the selection of individualized treatment and prediction of prognosis.
