目前美国各种全国性行会组织正在制定各种评估临床工作质量的指标。与此同时,各医院也在制定各自的全面提高服务质量的计划,用患者的反映(对医疗服务的满意程度)做为改进服务的依据。在巴古斯特基金会的资助下,位于Bal-timore 的约翰斯·霍普金斯医院系统(JH-HS)正在实行这样一种全面改进服务质量的计划。这一计划的特点是着眼于提高各项服务的质量,而不是评估临床医疗工作质量,
At present, various national guild organizations in the United States are developing various indicators for evaluating the quality of clinical work. At the same time, each hospital is also formulating its own plan for comprehensively improving the quality of service, using the patient’s response (satisfaction with medical services) as a basis for improving services. With support from the Bagusta Foundation, the Johns Hopkins Hospital System (JH-HS) in Baltimore is implementing such a comprehensive plan to improve service quality. The feature of this program is to focus on improving the quality of services rather than assessing the quality of clinical medical work.
