为了在边界层风洞中快速、准确地模拟流场,研制了一套多功能试验装置。根据浙江大学ZD-1边界层风洞的结构特点,并借鉴了国内其他风洞实验室的被动模拟装置,设计了具有双重无级调节机构的多功能尖劈隔栅组合装置,采用组合式钢结构完成了试验装置的制作并用于流场调试。调试结果表明,应用该装置可以在数天内精确调试出符合规范标准的各类指数型大气边界层流场,节约了大量的人力物力,为开展风工程研究奠定了坚实的基础。
In order to simulate the flow field quickly and accurately in the wind tunnel of the boundary layer, a set of multi-function test equipment was developed. According to the structural characteristics of the ZD-1 wind tunnel in Zhejiang University and the passive simulation devices of other wind tunnel laboratories in China, a multi-function wedge grid combination device with double stepless adjusting mechanism was designed. The debugging results show that the device can accurately test various exponential atmospheric boundary layer flow fields within a few days and save a lot of manpower and resources, laying a solid foundation for wind engineering research.
