农五师中小企业保持了良好的发展势头,在繁荣经济、增加就业,推动创新中发挥的作用越来越大,已成为推动农五师社会生产力发展和和谐社会建设的重要力量。该文主要结合农五师中小企业的实际,就中小企业融资难的具体问题进行了分析,并提出了利用国家优惠政策,进行税务筹划融资;金融机构要完善信贷管理机制,加强对中小企业的服务;建立和完善五师中小企业融资担保体系,为中小企业融资提供保障;培育良好的信誉环境以及中小企业改善和加强自身的融资能力等基本观点。
Small and medium-sized agricultural five teachers maintained a good momentum of development, in the prosperity of economy, increase employment and promote innovation play an increasingly important role in promoting agricultural five division social productive forces and building an important force in building a harmonious society. This paper mainly analyzes the specific problems of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in light of the actual conditions of SMEs in NongFu Teachers College. It also proposes to use the preferential policies of the State to raise funds for tax planning. Financial institutions should improve the credit management mechanism and strengthen the SMEs’ Services; establish and improve five teacher SME financing guarantee system for the financing of SMEs to provide protection; cultivate a good reputation environment and SMEs to improve and strengthen their own financing ability and other basic points of view.
