目的:研究党参总皂苷(TSC)抗氧化作用。方法:将50只昆明系小鼠随机分为5组,即空白对照组、辐射模型组、3个不同剂量(100、200、400 mg/kg)党参总皂苷给药组。除对照组外,其余各组采用15Gy60Coγ射线一次性全身均匀照射。辐射后,各剂量组每天灌胃给予不同剂量TSC 0.2 mL;辐射模型组和空白对照组每天灌胃给予生理盐水0.2 mL。连续灌胃2周后,将小鼠处死,测定心脏、肝脏组织匀浆和血清MDA含量、SOD活性和GSH-Px活性。结果:与对照组比,模型组MDA含量极显著增高(P<0.01),SOD和GSH-Px活性极显著降低(P<0.01);与模型组比,TSC各剂量组MDA含量显著降低(P<0.05),SOD和GSH-Px活性显著提高(P<0.05),且以TSC高剂量组的效果最佳。结论:TSC具有明显的抗氧化作用。
Objective: To study the anti-oxidative effect of total ginseng saponins (TSC). Methods: Fifty Kunming mice were randomly divided into five groups: blank control group, radiation model group and three different dosages of Codonopsis total ginsenoside (100, 200 and 400 mg / kg). Compared with the model group, <0.05). The activities of SOD and GSH-Px were significantly increased (P <0.05), and the effect of high dose TSC group was the best. Conclusion: TSC has obvious anti-oxidation effect.
