目的探讨综合护理干预在儿童肾病综合征中的应用效果。方法对我院收治的80例肾病综合征患儿在行常规护理的基础上,予以相应的护理干预措施,即舒适护理、饮食护理、心理护理、用药指导、健康教育等,患儿出院后对其实施随访工作。结果在儿童肾病综合征的护理中进行综合护理干预,有利于疾病的治疗。结论针对肾病综合征患儿,对其采用相应护理干预手段,不仅能够较好地提升患儿遵医行为,还有助于提高临床疗效,有效降低临床复发率,值得推广及应用。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in children with nephrotic syndrome. Methods Eighty patients with nephrotic syndrome admitted to our hospital were given routine nursing interventions, which were nursing intervention, dietary nursing, psychological care, medication guidance and health education. After discharge, The implementation of follow-up work. Results Comprehensive nursing intervention in children with nephrotic syndrome is conducive to the treatment of diseases. Conclusion For children with nephrotic syndrome, the corresponding nursing intervention can not only improve the compliance of children, but also help to improve the clinical curative effect and reduce the clinical recurrence rate.
