光导半导体开关自问世以来 ,以其优良的特性受到人们广泛的关注 ,其应用领域不断地拓展。本文建立了一个光导开关的瞬态响应模型 ,对 Ga As瞬态光电导效应进行了研究 ,重点研究了是光作用过程的 Dember效应和各种重要的复合机制对 Ga As光导开关光电导响应的影响。
Since the advent of light-guide semiconductor switch, with its excellent features by the people of widespread concern, its applications continue to expand. In this paper, a transient response model of a photoconductive switch is established. The transient photoconductivity of GaAs is studied. The Dember effect of the photodissociation process and the photoconductive response of the GaAs photoconductive switch influences.
