目的分析护理干预对慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉鼻内镜术后康复的影响。方法选取2011年3月至2014年9月我院收治的80例术后慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者作为观察对象,随机分成两组,每组40例。对照组采取常规护理,实验组采取全面护理,比较两组患者并发症发生率及生活质量评分。结果两组患者并发症发生率及生活质量评分的比较结果存在差异,P<0.05。结论对患者采取全面护理,能降低并发症发生率,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention on the rehabilitation of patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps after endoscopic sinus surgery. Methods Eighty patients with postoperative chronic sinusitis and nasal polyposis admitted from March 2011 to September 2014 in our hospital were selected as observation subjects and randomly divided into two groups of 40 cases each. The control group to take routine care, experimental group to take full care, comparisons between two groups complication rate and quality of life score. Results Comparisons of complication rates and quality of life scores between the two groups were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing care for patients can reduce the incidence of complications and improve the quality of life of patients.
