本文用细胞形态立体计量学方法对服用补阳还五汤中药的昆明种雌性小白鼠额叶皮质神经细胞的十一种形态参数进行统计分析，其结果发现，补阳组和对照组比较，在性成熟期溶酶体体密度Ｖｖ２、线粒体外膜比表面δ１及外膜面密度Ｓｖ１均有高度显著性差异；溶酶体的面数密度Ｎａ有显著性差异。文章还讨论了这些差异的医学意义。
In this paper, the morphological parameters of eleven cortical neurons in the frontal cortex of female Kunming female mice taking the traditional Chinese medicine of Buyang Huanwu Decoction were statistically analyzed by using cell morphology stereo-measurement method. The results showed that the comparison between the Buyang group and the control group was The lysosome body density Vv2, mitochondrial outer surface δ1, and adventitial surface density Sv1 were significantly different in sexual maturation. There was a significant difference in surface number density Na of lysosomes. The article also discusses the medical significance of these differences.
