大学跨组织科研合作是促进学术资源流动、实现协同创新的重要途径。运用社会网络分析法,对2005年至2014年期间进入CSSCI来源期刊目录的49种教育学期刊中的合著论文进行统计,通过关系矩阵建立大学跨校科研合著网络,结果发现:我国教育学跨校科研合著网络规模不断扩大但结构十分松散,少数几所重点师范类大学在合著网络中占据主导地位,合著派系呈现出典型的同质性和地域性特征,网络具有明显的核心和边缘地带。网络结构化特征表明,完善科研合作的激励机制、鼓励跨校合作发表才能进一步增强大学科研合作的广度和深度,推进协同创新。
University cross-organizational research cooperation is an important way to promote the flow of academic resources and achieve collaborative innovation. By using social network analysis method, statistics of 49 co-authored essays in CSSCI source journal catalogs between 2005 and 2014 were collected, and a cross-university research co-authored network was established through the relation matrix. The results showed that: Cross-school research co-operation network has been expanding but the structure is very loose, a few key normal universities dominate the co-operation network, the co-faction showed a typical homogeneity and regional characteristics, the network has a clear core And the edge zone. The structural characteristics of the network show that improving the incentive mechanism for scientific research cooperation and encouraging cross-school cooperation and publishing can further enhance the breadth and depth of university research cooperation and promote synergetic innovation.
