作为近代国画的一代大师,海上画派的开山鼻祖,吴昌硕是中国诗、书、画完美结合的最杰出而又全能的典型代表画家之一。吴昌硕(一八四四-一九二七),本名俊,后名俊卿,字昌硕,亦仓硕、仓石,苍石,号缶庐、老缶、老仓、苦铁、破荷,晚号大聋,以字“昌硕”,号“缶庐”行于世,名满天下。精通诗、书、画,可谓三绝,亦精金石篆刻。其绘画作品以豪迈奇特之章法、超凡脱俗大河奔流之气势;朴拙老辣之篆籀笔法、深沉干湿墨分五色之用墨、诗词歌赋之文学内涵、淋漓瑰丽之用水用墨、挥洒自如应物象形之自然形态,而独步天下,成为海派绘画的一代宗师。此吴昌硕《花卉四条屏》(参见附图),是其七十五岁时的作品,开门见山、流传有
