土壤中的盐分是树木生存与生长的重要限制因子之一,开展树木的耐盐碱性研究是有效选择强抗盐碱树木的基础。笔者概述了近年来树木耐盐碱性研究进展,包括盐碱胁迫对树木生长发育、生理生化的影响以及基因工程在树木抗盐碱性研究上的运用,旨在为开展树木耐盐碱性研究、选育耐盐碱新品种提供参考,以期实现盐碱地的合理开发和有效利用。
